St. Thomian Curry Lentils-Vegan
This recipe is from Nicole's mother. The lentils and chicken are stewed in bone broth and madras curry powder with onions, garlic, carrots, potatoes, thyme and parsley for hours.
This meal pairs well with Zucchini Relish for a tart and sweet crunch on top of the spicy and savory curry. Or our original Cumin-Garlic Sauerkraut.
