Ginseng-Ginger-Turmeric Fermented Soda

Our take on a Fermented Gingerbeer with turmeric and maca. It is a non-alcoholic wild yeast fermentation. We combine our Ginger and Turmeric "bugs"to produce a potent, raw organic Living Elixir. It is a natural, wild fermentation, in which sugar is consumed by the living bacteria and leaves enzymes as the biproduct. One serving will give you the recommended dose of ginger and turmeric and all their benefits.
